The main results of this work package will be:
A high-quality MOOC pilot program that has been tested and evaluated by 70 trained participants in each of the five partner countries. The pilot program will include updated methodology for mentors and guides to chapters in English, which will be further refined based on feedback from the participants and mentors.
An internal training program for mentors in Ireland that will result in two trained mentors per partner. These mentors will be equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively guide and support participants in the MOOC pilot program.
A workshop on MOOC results that will provide partners with the opportunity to revise and discuss the feedback received from participants and identify areas for improvement. This workshop will help partners to refine the MOOC pilot program and improve its effectiveness.
A survey on the MOOC that will provide partners with valuable feedback from at least 150 trained participants in the pilot program. The survey results will be used to identify areas for improvement and refine the MOOC pilot program to better meet the needs of its participants.
