Main tasks of this work package are planning, coordinating, and overseeing activities in order to ensure compliance with EU regulations, timelines, and budgetary constraints while achieving project’s objectives.

The CHANCE project will be managed through a structured and transparent framework coordinated by lead partner – Comenius University Bratislava, which will act as the overall project and financial coordinator, responsible for coordination, reporting, quality assurance, conflict resolution, and communication with the funding agency. Project monitoring will involve regular face-to-face and online meetings (at least 33 in total) and detailed task tracking to control timelines and budget. Quality and performance will be assessed through quantitative and qualitative indicators, including internal evaluations and feedback, aiming for a minimum satisfaction rate of 85% across various project aspects such as meetings, task execution, and financial management. A cloud-based system will be used to store all project documentation, categorized for easy access and transparency. Budget management will be handled collaboratively, with each partner responsible for their portion and required documentation, under clearly defined rules and sanctions outlined in the proposal. Additionally, partner responsibilities and procedures will be clarified during the kick-off meeting, and ongoing evaluations will ensure alignment with project milestones and timely delivery of high-quality outcomes. All project partners will be actively and regularly involved in the project management activities in order to ensure timely execution of all activities planned as part of the project.
