The main results of this work package will be the creation of a MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) designed specifically for adults aged 50+ who are interested in late entrepreneurship. The MOOC will be developed based on the results of desk research and a survey conducted by the project team, which will provide valuable insights into the needs, preferences, and challenges faced by the target group.
The content of the MOOC will be created based on the information found in the study on requirements of 50+ and survey. The MOOC created as a result of this work package will be one of the main contributions of the entire project. It will serve as a comprehensive learning resource for individuals interested in late entrepreneurship and provide them with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to start and run their own business.
In addition to creating the MOOC, the project team will conduct ongoing revisions of the course content and interface based on feedback from participants in the pilot measurement. This will ensure that the MOOC remains up-to-date and relevant, and that it continues to meet the needs of its target audience.
Overall, the main results of this work package will be a valuable learning resource for individuals aged 50+ interested in entrepreneurship, and a contribution to the field of late entrepreneurship research. The MOOC will be updated and finalized based on the pilot testing and feedback provided by pilot participants. As a part of the WP, there will be Internal workshop organized in Finland. The main goal of the workshop is to review the collected data and design the final structure of the MOOC.
